"Resetting" is one of the key words for 2009.    As companies downsize,  it is only fair that they pay towards your resetting.  What does this entail?  The key is to find out who you are today - and more importantly where you want to go from here.  With recruitment agents trying to fit you into a box they can tick, you are bound to fall on your feet.  With 12 years of personnel experience, and 7 in orientation, I would like to help you with private one to one confidential sessions. WHERE?  We are based in Monte Carlo - where we have room for up to 8 delegates in our board room.   Workshops are also organised for development in client's offices, or conference halls for larger audiences.    Topics vary from communication tools, leadership, management, to stress management and business development.
