Who we are, what we do
Joanne Lewis Smith trained in communications and journalism, financial accounting and personnel management. She is a
counsellor, master practitioner in "NLP" Neuro-Linguistic Programming and certified in
Thought Field therapy and stress management (as well as having attended and
given a myriad of other courses.)
Joanne Lewis Smith est formé et à travaillé dans le RH, personnel, et communications entre autre. Son expérience et formation lui à amène a ce travail important à Monaco dans le développement personnelle, et professionnelle. Son passé vous apporte de résonance et connaissances dans plusieurs milieux professionnelles y compris financier et déontologie. Mettant à votre disposition une confiance dans son travail que ça soit en orientation, développement personnelle, changement et / ou développement de carrière et / ou d'entreprise, de communication conseilleur.
She is dedicated to clear communication coaching, that is how we communicate to others, and more importantly, to ourselves. Orientation is also a key area, where working closely with recognised methods and tests, an in depth process has been devised to ensure congruency in career choices - which are sometimes surprising! She also coaches in business areas including procedures, training and client rapport. she can also assist with communication issues from staff to goal setting, leadership to motivation, and generally "keeping on track" - which in the current climate of moving goal posts is not always as clear cut as it seems.
