WHO?  Joanne Lewis Smith, founder of MCS, works in training and development in Monaco.   Working as a life and business coach, one of her strengths is in orientation.  A member of the institute of counselling, Joanne is qualified in communications, accountancy, human resources, stress management and is a master practitioner in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).

  • Orientation (OBCA) is an empowering life revealing process that taps into what is of value to you today. An NLP process benchmarks this, noting any ‘blind spots’ in your beliefs. It aims to reveal your current & life mission. Profiling (language & behavior) assesses where you will be happiest and most productive. A personalised benchmark analysis & report powerfully helps further define your direction & meet your goal. There are several parts to the process & it takes 3 to 4 hours accompanied time and unaccompanied time to prepare the report mailed onto you.
     
  • The process can be done in a half day by flying to Nice, (NCE) from many of the U.K. airports from 40 euros plus taxes. The airport bus takes you directly into Monte Carlo in 40 minutes. Our offices are next to the Monaco railway station, Place St Devote.

The full above orientation process which includes an IQ test to show aptitude, an NLP benchmark process, your choice of either a guided meditation for valuable messages or a life charting sequence, the LAB profiling AND an in depth powerful report with concrete career counselling & coaching advice.
